Customer service and quality footwear has been our top priority for the last 58 years and rest-assured, that will continue, we’re still here 24/7 if you need us with the following changes which are being reviewed on a regular basis inline with WHO and government guidance.
We have very high levels of stock for the most popular footwear styles however stock availability maybe in short supply in some of our ranges.
Potential delays for popular Redback styles
As you can imagine, the Redback boot factory in Sydney has been in lockdown, which obviously has meant no production and no goods leaving the factory. Coupled with this, Redback source the leather for their boots from New Zealand, which is still in lockdown, so they have been unable to source adequate amounts of raw materials for production.
We will probably be receiving a relatively small shipment by sea around the end of August. We realize that this is still a long time to wait and can only apologize for this challenging and frustrating situation. We do have a selection of certain styles in stock.
Please continue to place stock orders and we will put them in the queue for dispatch on a first come first served basis and we will contact you if there is a delay in your order.

Agricultural Market Sales & Shows
We are no longer attending the shows and market sales for the safety of our customers and team. You can still however place your order online delivered to your door and we will be updating the market sales and show pages on a regular basis.
Our standard UK free delivery and international service is available and running as normal however some couriers have reduced their operating times so some parcels maybe delayed.
