We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. You should always check these Terms and Conditions prior to using the K&T Footwear website.
Goods will be sent for delivery upon clearance of payment. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the right payment details.
We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this Web Site, unless this is solely due to our negligence.
K&T Footwear have taken care to ensure prices shown on the website are accurate. However, prices may change from time to time. In the event of an incorrect price, promotion or offer, K&T Footwear reserves the right to rectify such error in a reasonable and timely manner. Prices shown include VAT, where applicable.
If the price of the goods increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable then you will of course have the option of cancelling the order.
Postage fees are included in all orders to all UK destinations including England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and most offshore islands. Other destinations including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland and all other export markets will incur an additional cost.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Carriage charges are included in all prices to all UK destinations (England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland).
Other destinations including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland will incur an additional cost of £20.
Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting K&T. Footwear within 14 days of receiving your order minus a fee of £5 per pair to cover handling and carriage charges incurred by K&T Footwear. You will be responsible for all return delivery fees.
Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting K&T Footwear within 28 days of receiving your order minus a fee of £7.50 handling and carriage charges per pair. You will be responsible for all return delivery fees.
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects. If a defect arises, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new replacement. We will be responsible for all carriage fees.
