Traditional hand made fully sprung hill shoe with, or without tongue overlay feature. Built on the fully sprung last for assistance when walking the hills and fells. Brown bovine full grain leather with full bellows tongue to minimise water ingress and a Vibram sole unit for added grip on rugged terrains.
The 157R Hill Shoes are best suited for walking and working on rugged terrains, rough and soft ground.

Leather: Brown smooth (also available in Chestnut brown, see 157L)
Collar: Plain straight top, no collar
Tongue/Overlay: Full bellows tongue & optional tongue overlay. The shoes are produced with the overlay unless specified otherwise at time of order
Thread: Dark brown
Eyelets: Antique brass
Toe: Polycarbonate reinforced toe-box
Last: 88 shape fully sprung last
Shank/Counter: Wooden shank, polycarbonate counter for extra rigidity at the heel
Sole finish: Leather to resin throughsole, Heavy duty Vibram one-piece sole with screwed heel and toes
Laces: Brown leather
