The 268 style Hill Boots are best suited for walking and hiking on rough ground, up hills and fells and on soft terrain. Produced on our fully-sprung last, the turned-up toe on the finished boots gives aid to walking up & down hillsides. Traditionally used by shepherds for over 150 years, these boots work hard all day everyday and are the ‘short tab’ version of the X10 style.

Last: 88 shape fully sprung last / semi-sprung finish available if requested
Shank/Counter: Wooden shank, polycarbonate counter for extra rigidity at the heel
Vibram sole finish option: Leather resin throughsole, Heavy duty one-piece Vibram rubber sole & screwed toe and heels
Laces: Black leather
